Electronic Appearances

If you are Victorian Legal Practitioner or you are appearing as a non-practitioner, you will be able to register an appearance for hearings up to 14 days in advance.

If you have registered previously, please Sign In to register.

If you do not have an account, please Sign Up and follow the registration process.

If you are appearing as a non-practitioner, please register by using the Public Registration Form.

If you are a legal practitioner outside of Victoria, please contact the chambers of the judge hearing the matter. If no judge has been allocated, you can register your appearance by emailing the appropriate registry - commonlaw.registry@countycourt.vic.gov.au or commercial.registry@countycourt.vic.gov.au. Please include the case number, along with details of your appearance.
